Paul
has been married to his wife, JoAnne, for over thirty years. They
have two sons: Steve, who attends the University of Northern Colorado,
and Greg, who attends California Polytechnic State University, San
Luis Obispo. When not practicing law, Paul can be found pursuing one
of his many interests which include vintage cars (he has owned four
pre-1968 Corvettes, served as a classic car show judge, and authored
a legal column in an automotive trade publication) and sports, including
tennis, softball, swimming, and martial arts. He also enjoys playing
ping pong and pool with his sons, or anyone else he can talk into
a game.
Paul
has been actively involved in the Bay Area community for over twenty-five
years. In addition to serving the Bar Association and the courts,
he has served on the Boards of the Big Brother Program, the Alpine-West
Menlo Little League, and the Ecumenical Hunger Program. He also managed
Little League teams for five years.
